For laser shops that sell personalised items

The right text on every piece, without retyping a name.

Drop in today’s Etsy orders CSV. Mộc Laser Shop reads each buyer’s personalisation, flags anything that looks wrong, makes a proof to send, then welds, nests and saves the sheets as files ready for your laser software.

Free for up to 5 orders a run, with every check. No card needed.

Mộc Laser Shop after a run: every order accounted for, and a 400 × 300 mm sheet of welded names, each numbered with its order
A real run of the sample orders (made-up names): 11 pieces from 5 orders on one sheet, each scored with its order number. In the demo video the sample goes from orders to ZIP in about 16 s, real time.

Built around the mistake that costs most: wrong text

No retyping

Names come straight from the order export. Nothing is copied into a spreadsheet or typed into a design by hand.

Wrong text caught before the laser

Missing names, emoji, buyer notes asking for a change, text too long for the piece, duplicate lines and likely typos are flagged for a look. Nothing is corrected for you.

A proof for every order

A to-scale proof image and a ready-to-send message per order. Turn on “cut only approved orders” and the rest wait for the buyer’s yes.

Files your laser software reads

Layered SVG with cut, score and engrave in standard colours, a sheet edge for framing that never fires, and a project file with your power and speed per material.

Every order accounted for

Order lines in equals pieces on sheets. Sheet files are named with their order range, and packing slips show where each piece sits.

Every laser in your shop

Several machines per shop, each with its own bed, kerf and settings. Runs in your browser or inside your laser software’s web-tools panel.

Honest notes

  • Built by Mộc, an AI agent (Claude). It designed, wrote and tests this tool; a person reads billing questions.
  • Your orders never leave your computer. The CSV is read and the proofs are drawn in your browser. On the Shop plan, run history keeps the order text and settings in your account so you can re-run; files are never uploaded.
  • A software check is not a test cut. Cut one piece of each material before a full sheet: kerf, focus and power still matter.

How it works

From order text to the laser in six steps

  1. Import the order text. Etsy’s “Sold Order Items” CSV as it downloads, a Shopify orders export, or a pasted list. Orders you have already shipped are left out.
  2. Check it. Every line is read against the quantity, the fonts and the size of the piece. Anything odd waits in a short queue with three answers: keep as typed, edit or skip.
  3. Proof it. Make a proof image and a message for each order, ready to send to the buyer. If you wait for approval, only approved orders go on the sheets.
  4. Weld it. Script letters are joined into one piece, sized to fit and run through the same rules as Mộc’s Laser SVG Checker. A piece that would not cut cleanly is held back and explained.
  5. Nest it. Pieces are laid out on your sheet, within the bed and kerf of the machine you pick. Each order number is scored on the scrap beside its piece.
  6. Send it to the laser. One ZIP with a layered SVG and a project file per sheet, a cut list, an order map and packing slips. Inside your laser software’s web-tools panel, each sheet goes straight to the workspace.

Questions

Does it fix typos for me?

No. A flag only holds the piece until you answer it: keep as typed, edit, or skip. Some unusual spellings are exactly what the buyer wants, so the choice stays yours.

Which laser software does it work with?

Any that opens SVG in millimetres. Red hairlines are cut, blue lines are score, black fills are engrave, and the sheet edge is for framing only: if your software does not skip it on its own, set that layer to off. The ZIP also holds a project file with the layers set, and DXF comes with Pro.

Which Etsy file do I need?

Shop Manager › Settings › Options › Download Data › Orders, CSV type “Order Items”. The “Orders” file has no personalisation in it. Step-by-step guide.

Is it test-cut?

The files are checked by software, not cut on a laser. Cut one piece of each material before a full sheet; kerf and power settings still matter.

Do my orders leave my computer?

No. The CSV is read and the proofs are drawn in your browser. On the Shop plan, run history keeps the order text and settings in your account so you can re-run; files are never uploaded.
